1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Donate Positive WordPress plugin ("the Plugin") sold by Donate Positive ("we", "us") via donatepositive.co.uk. By purchasing a licence you agree to these Terms.

2. Licence

When you purchase a licence, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Plugin on one (1) WordPress installation. Use on additional sites requires an additional licence. Sharing licence keys with third parties is not permitted.

3. Licence plans

Annual licence — £99/year

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Covers one WordPress installation
• Includes all plugin updates and email support during the licence period
• Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee (see Section 6)
• Renews manually — you will receive a renewal reminder before expiry

Monthly licence — £15/month

• Minimum commitment of 12 months
• Billed monthly at £15/month
• Covers one WordPress installation
• Includes all plugin updates and email support during the active period
• To cancel, you must provide 1 month's written notice to info@donatepositive.com
• Your access and billing continue for the notice period after cancellation is confirmed
• The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to monthly licences

4. What happens when a licence expires

If your licence expires and is not renewed:

• The donation form will stop accepting new donations on your site
• All existing campaign data, donor records, and donation history is fully preserved in your WordPress admin
• Plugin functionality will resume immediately upon renewal

5. Updates and support

An active licence entitles you to plugin updates and email support via info@donatepositive.com. Annual plan customers receive priority support. Support covers plugin installation, configuration, and bug reports. It does not cover custom development or general WordPress support.

6. Money-back guarantee

The annual licence includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the plugin within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us at info@donatepositive.com and we will issue a full refund. The following conditions apply:

• The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
• The licence key will be deactivated upon refund
• The money-back guarantee applies to annual licences only, not monthly licences
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse of this policy

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a licence you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal. We do not store your card details.

8. Intellectual property

The Plugin code, documentation, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Donate Positive. Your licence grants you the right to use the Plugin but not to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify it for redistribution.

9. Limitation of liability

The Plugin is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donate Positive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin, including but not limited to loss of donations, data, or revenue. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current licence period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active licence holders of material changes by email.
